Job summary

CareCore Health’s Margaret Hall location in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to lead our nursing team during overnight hours and ensure exceptional resident care. You will supervise staff, uphold regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve strong outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN license preferred; LPNs with leadership experience may apply.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the night shift.
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
