The role requires Ohio licensure, strong geriatric care commitment, and excellent communication. You’ll conduct rounds, update care plans, and document overnight activities for DON and ADON.

Qualificações

• Ohio licensure as RN or LPN is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts rounds across all units to assess resident care and staff performance.
• Monitors and documents changes in residents' conditions with timely interventions.
• Supervises night shift nursing personnel.
• Updates care plans to reflect current resident needs.
• Reports issues to Administrator or on-call leadership.
• Collaborates with dietary, pharmacy, and therapy as needed.
• Provides detailed overnight handoff reports to DON/ADON.
