Mercy is seeking a dedicated RN for nights on a 32-bed ICU Step Down unit at Mercy Hospital. The role requires a nursing degree, active RN license, BLS certification, and a patient‑centered approach to care.

Preference for BSN but ADN accepted, with opportunities to advance and contribute to high-acuity patient care. This full-time 36 hours/week position emphasizes compassionate, professional teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• RN nursing degree from an accredited school.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care on the ICU Step Down unit.
• Monitor neurological, medical, and surgical patients and respond to changes in condition.
