Mercy is seeking a Nights, Full Time RN for the ICU Step Down unit at Mercy Hospital – W Memorial Rd. This 32-bed high-energy unit handles patients transitioning from ICU with high acuity, including neurological, medical, and surgical cases. Requires an accredited nursing degree and active RN license; BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Preferred Education: BSN preferred, ADN acceptable.
• License: Must hold a current RN license in the hiring state and meet compact license requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on the ICU Step Down unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to monitor patient status and adjust care plans.
