Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Digestive Health Institute's 11LP Digestive Health Unit.

The role covers night shifts from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am on a schedule of THREE SHIFTS EACH WEEK, with care for patients undergoing procedures and those in the perioperative pathway. Responsibilities include bedside care, care planning, patient advocacy, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team while adhering to age-specific needs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing school graduate.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or with a valid NLC multistate RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsabilités

• Administers bedside patient care in a hospital or inpatient/observation setting under supervision.
• Assesses patients’ needs and develops plans of care.
• Communicates and collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Documents patient care meeting regulatory standards.
• Demonstrates nursing skills appropriate to patients’ age and unit.
• Prioritizes patient care based on evidence-based standards.
