AdventHealth in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a dedicated RN in a charge nurse role to lead a unit and oversee venous access and infusion therapy. The position emphasizes patient safety, staff development, and adherence to clinical standards within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• RN licensure to practice in the state
• 1+ year of charge nurse or leadership experience (preferred)
• Experience in acute care settings is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy
• Assess patient conditions and tailor venous access methods
• Develop individualized care plans for venous access patients
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy
• Supervise nursing staff and lead performance improvement initiatives
• Mentor staff and provide hands-on training
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies
