Job summary

Malvern Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Clinical Aide to work the overnight shift with an every weekend commitment and two additional weeknights at our Willow Grove location. The role includes assisting in patient care, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and supporting admissions and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in addiction treatment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to emergencies and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety and well-being of patients and maintains a clean, safe milieu.
• Conducts drug screens and patient searches as directed by supervision.
• Provides patient support in individual and group settings and with family visits.
• Documents interactions in the EMR and safeguards patient information.
• Participates in fire safety, infection control and emergency responses as needed.
• Coordinates with Admissions and Nursing and liaises with 12-Step volunteers.
