Job summary

Traditions-Management in Avon, IN is seeking a compassionate nurse to join our care team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, support residents' health, and promote dignity and respect in every interaction.

As a nurse, you will lead caregivers, document care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with the team to plan and evaluate activities. LPN/RN licensure preferred, with retirement plan and PTO available.

Qualifications

• LPN/RN Licensure: 1 year (Preferred).
• Experience in resident care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with team in planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports vital signs and general condition.
• Documents patient responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environment conducive to patient comfort and safety.
