Advocate Health is seeking a Nurse Aide I for the Pineville Nursing unit. This part-time night shift role involves assisting patients with daily activities, hygiene, vital signs, and mobility, while documenting care and supporting unit operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Nurse Aide I registration, and BLS. The position offers 24 hours per week with a pay range of $19.80–$29.70 per hour.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required for new hires on or after 7/22/2018.
• Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry as a Nurse Aide I.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Supports patients with activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal hygiene.
• Takes vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feeds and ambulates patients according to procedures.
• Maintains patient rooms in a clean, orderly condition.
• Observes and reports changes in patient conditions.
• Orients patients and families to unit and safety measures.
• Performs clerical tasks including answering phones and data entry.
• Maintains supply items in inventory.
• Performs Nurse Aide I tasks per state scope.
• Administers EKGs and routine venipuncture with proper training.
