Farmer’s Fridge is hiring a Non-CDL Driver in West Allis, WI, delivering to wholesale partners and Smart Fridges. The role runs 11:30 PM to 9:30 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with health, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, and 401K matching.

You’ll be the face of Farmer’s Fridge during deliveries, ensuring correct addresses, proper time windows, and a top-notch delivery experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Professional driving experience, especially with food shipments using a refrigerated vehicle.
• Ability to use technology: Gmail, Slack, iPads, cell phone apps.
• Must have a functioning smartphone.
• Some knowledge of mechanics (minor repairs to vans or smart fridges).
• Ability to read and understand delivery instructions.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Non-CDL Driver.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently maneuver city streets in a company-owned refrigerated van and deliver to customers, fridges, and retail partners.
• Use the Farmer’s Fridge mobile app to communicate completed deliveries and confirm routes.
• Aim for on-time deliveries and follow delivery processes; be the face of Farmer’s Fridge during visits.
