Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in West Allis, WI. You will transport fresh meals to wholesale partners and Smart Fridges, ensuring accurate addresses and time windows while delivering an exemplary customer experience.

This role requires professional driving, tech-savviness with mobile apps, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will be the primary face of our brand on deliveries, representing safety, reliability, and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Professional driving with refrigerated-vehicle experience preferred.
• Ability to use Gmail, Slack, iPads, and mobile apps.
• Smartphone capable for work tasks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle/fridge repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret delivery instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to customers, fridges, and retail partners using a refrigerated van.
• Use the Farmer’s Fridge app to mark deliveries as completed.
• Ensure on-time deliveries by following defined processes.
• Be the face of Farmer’s Fridge during deliveries, maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
