Job summary

Texas Health Huguley is seeking a dedicated NICU registered nurse for night shifts. You will lead and mentor staff, perform holistic patient assessments, and ensure safe, evidence-based care in a high-acuity neonatal unit.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting status, coordinating care transfers, and supporting discharge planning within a collaborative healthcare team. RN licensure and a strong NICU background are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor NICU staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Administer medications and solutions as per unit procedures.
• Perform holistic assessments considering age and status.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment per policies and regulations.
