Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Night Shift at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year NICU experience and supports high-quality neonatal care in a Level IV unit.

Formación

• Current State of Texas license to practice professional nursing
• Must have at least 1 year NICU experience
• BLS certification and any unit-specific certifications may be required

Responsabilidades

• Delivers safe and appropriate nursing care per the nursing skills inventory and patient needs
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions
• Collaborates with healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes based on evidence-based standards
• Coordinates treatment plans and develops discharge/transfer plans
• Participates in program evaluation and continuous quality improvement
• Ensures compassionate, personalized care and adherence to Memorial Hermann policies and budgetary constraints
