Job summary

LaborEdge, LLC is seeking a NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift to support a Level 2 nursery in Seattle. This contract spans 13 weeks with night hours from 19:00 to 07:30, 3x12-hour shifts per week.

The role involves caring for neonates, attending deliveries when needed, and providing resuscitation support. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, at least 3 years in NICU, and certifications in BLS and NRP, with proficiency in CPAP and HFNC management and IV starts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• 3 years of NICU experience is required.
• Experience with high-risk deliveries and newborn resuscitation is essential.
• Certifications: BLS and NRP are required.

Responsibilities

• Care for neonates in a Level 2 nursery setting.
• Attend vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections when the nursery is not open.
• Perform newborn resuscitation and other critical care techniques.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous (IV) access.
• Provide family education and support regarding newborn care.
