AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, Kansas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our night shift team in a part-time capacity. Grow with us through the Clinical Ladder Program, with opportunities for salary progression based on experience, development, and advancement criteria.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
Competenze
- RN licensure required in the relevant state.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.
Mansioni
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across multiple domains.
- Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
- Coordinate care with medical staff to ensure teamwork.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
- Respond to code situations and ensure patient stabilization.
