Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor in Reynoldsburg, OH to lead store teams across multiple locations. You’ll coach staff, delegate tasks, and maintain service and safety standards while traveling between stores in your district.

The role offers a 4-day work week feel with scheduled days off and a strong path for rapid career growth. Night shift differential of $1.50/hour applies for 10pm–6am work, plus competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities, including bending and standing.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old; may have additional age requirements by region.
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
