Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years maintaining and installing industrial equipment (electrical and mechanical).
• Hands‑on with high‑voltage systems, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings and safely follow lockout/tagout.
• Proactive self‑starter who works well on a team and follows instructions.
• Willing to work 12‑hour night shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic to isolate faults.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using a full range of tools and test equipment.
• Collaborate with production to prioritize work orders, support changeovers, and reduce repeat failures.
• Document maintenance activities and recommend reliability improvements.
