Masterson Staffing is hiring a Silicone Production Associate for a Somerset, WI manufacturing facility operating a clean room environment. This 3rd shift position runs from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

The role involves operating injection molding equipment, loading/unloading machines, performing quality inspections, and adhering to gowning and safety procedures in a high-temperature environment.

• National background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)

Responsibilities

• Remove medical masks from high-temperature molds without damaging products
• Work safely around high-temperature equipment and molds
• Load and unload injection molding machines and production equipment
• Operate equipment including sonic welders, presses, and pad printers
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Package finished products
• Follow clean room gowning requirements and safety procedures
