Qualifications

• Strong organizational, problem solving, communication and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory tests on patient specimens to aid diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision.
• Analyze test results and report findings to physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and laboratory documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results and support patient care.
• Assist with daily operations, staff scheduling and bench assignments as needed.
• Participate in training and competency assessments with Education Specialists.
