Job summary

Sipcam Agro Solutions, LLC in Waynesboro, MS is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright) for the night shift to ensure reliable operation of plant equipment in a chemical manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, read blueprints and P&ID diagrams, and operate CMMS to document work. Proficiency in English and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Two or more years college or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Machining Technology, or Welding (associate’s degree preferred), plus 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment.
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) knowledge preferred.
Welding using TIG, MIG, and STICK is preferred.
Proficient in English language with reading, writing, and speaking
Ability to use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on manufacturing and utility equipment.
Analyze, install, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, P&ID’s and schematics.
Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
Read and communicate using CMMS to document work performed.
