Job summary

Austin Industrial seeks a skilled Millwright/Mechanic for night shift to diagnose, repair and maintain industrial equipment across our manufacturing environments. You will troubleshoot, replace defective parts, test systems, and work with protective gear in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: no minimum education requirements.
• Experience: 3–5 years journeyman level experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and industrial mechanical equipment.
• Replace defective parts and align moving components.
• Tests, repairs, or installs mechanical units such as pumps, governors, distributors, and brakes.
• Replaces bearings, chains, and other machine parts.
• Must wear PPE and work in varied positions.
• Other duties as assigned.
