Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a part-time Milieu Counselor at CHA Everett Hospital to provide quality care in the Adult Psychiatric Inpatient Unit. You will assist with activities of daily living, lead groups, and ensure the safety of patients in crisis.

The ideal candidate must have a High School diploma or GED and current Basic Life Support certification. Experience in a behavioral health unit is preferred. This position requires night shifts and offers a commitment to maintaining a discrimination-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification by AHA or American Red Cross is required.
• At least one year of inpatient clinical mental health experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and lead co-lead groups.
• Communicate with nurses regarding changes in patients' vital signs.
