Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Night Warehouse Associate in a high-volume distribution center. You will pick, put-away, stock, and ship products, operate powered equipment, and uphold safety and accuracy in inventory control.

Typical shifts run 7pm–5:30am with schedules across Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, or Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri. Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour plus shift differential and peak incentives; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and vacation/sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Must obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA).
• Ability to wear PPE and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Pick or put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA).
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered equipment.
• Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion and inspect daily.
• Operate all equipment safely following OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Stack and store product in appropriate areas and ensure accuracy for shipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Move product from staging/storage into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are damage-free and report variances.
• Keep records to maintain tight inventory control and assist in inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and follow customer instructions for load stability.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and report unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Follow GMP and safety rules; perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
• Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Report quality variances.
• Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
• Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
• Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can’t be self-corrected to the leadership team.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Night Shifts Available

FHN: Sunday-Wednesday 7pm-5:30am

BHN: Wednesday -Saturday 7pm-5:30am

DNN: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday 7pm-5:30am

Salary

• $22.00 per hour + shift differential + Peak incentives

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
