Job summary

Anomatic Corporation in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking a Process Team Lead to oversee daily operations of the metalizing process on third shift. You will lead a production team, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and coordinate tooling and preventive maintenance to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong PLC and drive technology knowledge, ability to read schematics, and proven leadership in a metal finishing environment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in industrial paint application or similar.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and VFD controlled machinery.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• Must pass respirator fit test and be able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the metalizing process on third shift.
• Oversee tooling, changeovers, and maintenance scheduling.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Document changes and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Mentor and develop production team members and ensure quality.
