Job summary

Nucor Corporation in Louisville, KY is seeking a Production II teammate on the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu 10:45PM-7:15AM, with occasional Friday OT). The role monitors, cleans, and inspects plant production equipment to ensure proper operation, operates mobile equipment, and supports teammates in a clean, safe work environment.

We emphasize safety, require the ability to follow OSHA procedures, reliable attendance, and willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

Experience in an industrial and/or outdoor work environment.
Ability to operate equipment under varying working conditions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable and dependable attendance.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
Monitor, clean, and inspect plant production equipment to ensure proper operation.
Operate mobile equipment including forklift and skid loader.
Assist other teammates as needed.
Perform cleanup and other duties as assigned by management.
Maintain dependable attendance and follow scheduled work hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
