Job summary

Nucor Corporation in Louisville, KY is seeking a Production II teammate on the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu 10:45PM-7:15AM, with occasional Friday OT). The role monitors, cleans, and inspects plant production equipment to ensure proper operation, operates mobile equipment, and supports teammates in a clean, safe work environment.

The Production II teammate is responsible for monitoring, cleaning, and inspecting plant production equipment to ensure proper operation. This role also operates mobile equipment, supports other teammates as needed, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. The schedule will follow 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 10:45PM-7:15AM with occasional Friday OT.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

• Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.


• Monitor, clean, and inspect plant production equipment to ensure proper operation.


• Operate mobile equipment including forklift and skid loader.


• Assist other teammates as needed.
