Base pay starts at $16.50/hour with skilled pay at $18.50/hour for welding or programming; full-time hours with overtime, potential for permanent hire, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read tape measures to 1/32" and interpret blueprints.
• Reliable transportation for consistent attendance.
• Pre-employment background screening and drug-free workplace policy (including THC).

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal components per work orders and schematics with hand/power tools and perform quality checks.
• Weld and fabricate: clean, precise welds, read blueprints, shape metal components; assist with equipment upkeep.
• Material handling/shipping/receiving: load/unload shipments, document logistics, maintain inventory with equipment.
• Machine programming/operation: set up, program, and operate CNC equipment; troubleshoot variations.
• Finishing/paint line: prep surfaces, apply coatings, perform paint touch-ups, keep area safe and tidy.
