Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and identify needs; guide them on self-service tech and product decisions.
• Assist management with supervision of associates; assign duties and provide feedback.
• Stock and organize merchandise; handle displays, pricing, and paperwork per policy.
• Maintain safety; conduct safety sweeps and follow forklift and hazardous material procedures.
• Oversee club pickup orders; ensure correct staging and order accuracy.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to meet business goals and drive improvements.
