Job summary

Walmart in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Retail Associate to provide member service, stock shelves, and support store operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Experience in leading or supervising a small team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding on self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Supervises associates: assigns duties, communicates goals, trains on processes, and coaches on service approaches to resolve member issues.
• Receives and stocks supplies; maintains sales floor, merchandising, and required documentation per policies.
• Maintains facility safety with safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and hazardous materials handling.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, pricing, and signing; manages returns, shrink, and damaged goods.
• Monitors product rotation, recalls, sanitation, and category presentation across departments.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, provides feedback, and adapts to changes and challenges.
• Oversees club pick up order picking/staging and collaborates with managers and partners to improve processes.
• Promotes Open Door Policy and company ethics, with focus on customer care and compliance.
