Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a stocker to accurately place items on shelves using location codes, repeat stocking until sections are complete, and move returns to the back room. You will assist management to keep shelves stocked promptly while maintaining a friendly customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computer systems and following procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Process-driven and able to follow procedures consistently.
• Calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb boxes and handle product (lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take stock from an l-cart or pallet and place it in the correct location on the shelf using the location codes on the box.
• Repeat the stocking process until the assigned area is completed.
• Pull back stock and trash to the back room and place them in the correct areas.
• Work with management to ensure shelves are stocked in a timely manner.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
• Work night shifts.
