Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee client safety during shifts, including medication self-administration.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of observations, and report changes to clinical staff.
• Transport clients to appointments and assist with admissions/discharges.
• Provide one-on-one crisis support as directed by the clinical team.
• Lead groups as licensure allows and assist in daily operations.
