Job summary

UF Health The Villages is seeking a Unit Secretary to support the CFH Medical Unit during the night shift. This role uses hospital information systems to coordinate the flow of information between nursing, medical, and ancillary staff and to help facilitate patient care.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to read and write in English. This is a part-time, on-site position working 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with duties assigned by the Director and Charge RN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of information between nursing, medical, and ancillary staff using hospital information systems.
• Assist in facilitating patient care and information sharing across units.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
