Responsibilities

• Transport ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients with wheeled chairs and stretchers.
• Keep the vehicle clean and prepared for transport.
• Document transports for records and billing.
• Communicate with patients, nursing staff, and Medical Transport Dispatcher.
• Maintain transport vehicle in good condition and perform vehicle inspections.
• Complete trip sheets with times and mileages.
