Job summary

The role performs routine laboratory procedures using computerized instrumentation and manual methods and coordinates day-to-day laboratory operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, with ASCP/HEW/NCA certifications preferred and strong LIS/computer skills; prior MT/MLT experience is preferred, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology required.
• ASCP certification, HEW registration, and NCA certification preferred.
• Strong LIS/computer skills and ability to work with healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory testing of blood and body fluids using automated analyzers and manual methods.
• Reports tests accurately within stated guidelines and lab procedures.
• Verifies critical results and documents appropriately.
