Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related field with MT training.
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing.
• ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general lab equipment (analyzers, centrifuges, pipettes, microscopes).

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced lab with hazards while maintaining safety and quality.
• Support safety, compliance, and quality control.
