Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Medical Technologist (Generalist) license in Florida before hire.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Technologist experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical, specimen processing, LIS, and clerical functions in the lab.
• Keep performance records per SOPs.
• Supervise by Director and Section Supervisors; may act as Charge Technologist in their absence.
• Supervise MLTs as General Supervisor.
• Instruct new employees and students when applicable.
