Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Supervising MLTs as General Supervisor and acting as Charge Technologist in absence of other lab supervisors.
• Licensed Medical Technologist required per Florida licensure rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical, specimen collection/processing, LIS, and clerical functions.
• Maintain performance records as defined in SOPs.
• Supervise MLTs and serve as Charge Technologist when needed.
• Instruct new employees and students.
