The role involves assembling, packaging, inspecting, and supporting the production of medical devices in a regulated environment, following GDP and quality standards, and maintaining documentation and cleanroom discipline. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and collaborate with team members to meet safety, delivery, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality products.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule, overtime, weekends, or varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, label, and inspect medical devices per procedures and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and effectively per work instructions.
• Monitor product quality and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Complete production records and GDP-compliant documentation.
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a compliant environment.
• Use measuring devices to verify specifications and ensure quality.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying efficiency and safety gains.
