Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance information accurately and efficiently.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens as directed by clinical staff.
• Perform reception duties including patient check-in and check-out.
• Assist clinical staff with patient care and preparation as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure documentation and data entry into EMR systems.
• Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and insurance providers.
• Support ER team to ensure smooth patient flow during night hours.
