• Observe and document patient conditions and changes, communicating to RN/LPN.
• Provide one-to-one patient supervision as assigned to maintain safety.
• Assist in preventing injury or elopement by staying alert and following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to support care plans and timely interventions.
