Lancesoft is seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse for a permanent night shift position in Texas. The RN must be licensed to practice and ready to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, assisting with diagnostics, administering medications, monitoring patients, and educating families. Requirements: active RN license (NM or Compact), BLS, an ADN, and at least 3 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Mexico or Compact required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient health problems and needs
• Develop and implement nursing care plans
• Prepare patients for and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
