Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO seeks a Night shift Central Supply associate to count, deliver, and restock patient care supplies on the units and departments.

This onsite role requires moving time-sensitive items, verifying shipments, and handling routine inventory tasks. The position offers night hours, PRN schedule, and a pay range of $19.10–$24.83 per hour with experience-based pay adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Restocks incoming supplies. Pulls and delivers stock requisitions. Uses powered equipment as needed.
• Verifies shipment contents are correct and undamaged. Delivers inbound packages throughout the facility. Sorts outbound product and materials. Delivers department orders and non-routine supplies as assigned.
• Records receipts in system; processes paperwork. Assists with physical inventory data entry and comparison verification. Maintains working knowledge of inventory par level analysis. Performs expiration functions.
• Performs clerical tracking to include: Stat issues/transfers, note and verify stock discrepancies, filing, and other duties as assigned. Processes outbound shipping as needed. Manifests product for courier delivery.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
