Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Warehouse Associate to coordinate inbound and outbound material movements, handle shipping/receiving processes, and maintain accurate inventory. You will operate forklifts, assist with cycle counts, and prepare paperwork for internal and external processing.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, following Good Documentation Practices, and ensuring materials flow to manufacturing cells and suppliers while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with material handling, shipping/receiving is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of inbound/outbound trucks and materials.
• Process paperwork for shipments and internal orders.
• Move materials using forklift and pallet jacks according to safety standards.
• Prepare orders for internal/external processing and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts for assigned areas.
• Transport materials to work cells and external partners as required.
