Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Experience leading an hourly or production team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an hourly workforce, provide feedback, and address issues with corrective actions.
• Lead by example and motivate teams to achieve results while maintaining safety.
• Monitor operations to ensure a safe workplace and AS9100 compliance.
• Manage incoming acceptance, storage, and issuing of parts and hardware.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities across operations.
• Oversee cycle counting and inventory accuracy processes.
