The University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support clinical supply operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, verifying receipts and entering data into the system, pulling recalled products, tagging and delivering capital equipment, and organizing work areas to meet clinician requests.

This role also supports emergency requests, codes, and training on the supply system while adhering to all policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma and at least six months of inventory, stocking, receiving, warehousing, or related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using point-of-use systems preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate inventory control and verify receipts; enter data into the system.
• Pull and record recalled products; tag, document, and deliver capital equipment purchases.
• Organize work areas to support clinician requests and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Attend and participate in emergency requests and codes; coordinate supply system training; follow all policies and procedures.
