Job summary

Inpro on the floor in Muskego, WI seeks a Distribution Supervisor to oversee the flow of manufactured products put away in sheet, profile and injection parts, lead 2nd and 3rd shift crews, enforce safety standards, and uphold ISO procedures across the distribution floor.

You will assist material handlers, manage emails, maintain product flow, promote Inpro practices, plan nightly put-away, pull scrap, and supervise FIFO rotation while coaching staff to ensure quality and conformance with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Understand NetSuite/Employee portal
• Ability to train new employees
• Ability to comprehend written and/or verbal communications
• InPro product knowledge
• Forklift certification
• Learning barcode process
• Standing lift certification

Responsibilities

• Assist material handlers
• Maintain product flow from manufacturing
• Maintain and promote ISO standards
• All other assigned duties
• Nightly clean-ups
• Constant product rotation (FIFO)
• Follow safety rules
• Create a nightly plan for putting products away
• Pulling monthly scrap
• Pulling empty boxes/combining boxes when needed
