Job summary

Lakeside Surfaces LLC is seeking a Material Handler in Muskegon, MI to move stone materials on forklifts and overhead cranes. You’ll help manage inventory, keep the work area clean, and support production goals across residential and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, ability to read a tape measure, and strong math and teamwork skills for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Ability to use measuring tools and read a tape measure.
• Decipher color variations in stone material.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work well in a manufacturing teamwork environment.
• Good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the movement of slab material in and out of inventory.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Accomplishes production results by working with the material handling team.
• Participate in production studies and improvements to improve efficiency.
• Compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including code of conduct and attendance policy.
• Other job duties required by Management.
