Job summary

Majors Plastics is an employee-owned plastics molding company seeking a Material Handler to support manufacturing with resin materials, containment, and transportation of goods using IQMS. The role operates on a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekends and pays $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks with the shift supervisor, ensuring resin inventory, maintaining a clean workspace, and restocking materials across production lines, while adhering to safety and operational

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience with material handling in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification preferred or experience.
• Physically capable of standing and walking across departments.

Responsibilities

• Report 30 minutes prior to shift and coordinate priorities with supervisor.
• Inventory machines with plastic resins to prevent shortages.
• Ensure equipment is ready for specific jobs and running.
• Clean machine areas and associated equipment after use.
• Restock materials and supplies and move finished goods to staging.
• Interact with shift supervisor on job completion and usage.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
