Job summary

RESRG Automotive in Covington, GA is seeking a 3rd shift Material Handler to ensure accurate staging, labeling, and movement of materials to support uninterrupted production.

The position runs from 10:50 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends, emphasizing safety, organization, and efficiency. You will work to keep the production line supplied and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Able to work in fluctuating temperatures and outdoors on occasion.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, use hands for manipulation.
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or sit as required.
• Visual acuity including color and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Label and scan finished products accurately.
• Monitor Kanban and identify materials needed.
• Stage materials to maintain production flow and transfer between shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with production.
• Audit finished goods for accuracy (# is counted).
• Comply with packaging requirements and safety guidelines.
• Maintain 5-S and workplace organization; keep area clean and safe.
• Adhere to all safety rules and perform other duties as assigned.
