Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Material Handler in Hanover, PA. The role supports warehouse and production operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, moved, and distributed safely and efficiently to keep lines running.

You will read schedules, transport materials, and assemble orders while maintaining accurate inventory records and adhering to safety protocols. 3rd shift availability and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials in a warehouse environment.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Read, write, and comprehend basic instructions, numbers, and documents.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine materials to be moved.
• Transport materials and products between receiving, storage, and production areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to procedures.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, and stock requests and distribute materials to production areas.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare shipments on pallets.
• Mark and identify materials and products accurately.
• Record quantities of materials and products received and distributed.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload pallets from trailers.
• Take photos of incoming and outgoing loads and document shipments.
